How do I disable the following irritating feature in 2008? Every time you type a name that is in your Mac or entourage address book, Word tries to fill in that name and address.

How do I disable the feature that fills in my company name every time I type my last name?

How do I enable the ability to add new words to my dictionary. Whenever I try to add a new word in 2008, the "add" feature in the menu is always grayed out and unavailable. This never happened to me in 2004.

Is there any way to go to a specific page number in a long document besides scrolling forever?

Preferences/AutoCorrect/AutoText, check the exclude contacts.

Have you specified a custom dictionary to use? It's hard to add to
something that doesn't exist.

Try Preferences/Spelling and Grammar/Custom dictionary:

If you do have a dictionary specified, make sure the language of your
text is set to the same as the dictionary (or that the language of the
dictionary is set to none

How about Edit/Goto (or its keyboard shortcut: CMD-g).
