disabling context menu in Word

I tried using : wordApplication.CommandBars["Text"].Enabled = false;
but it does not disable the right click context menu. Can anyone tell me how to disable the right click context menu in Word. Is it possible to load my own customized menu instead? How?

Any help would be appreciated.
