Disabling effort driven in Project 2002

CK:

To eliminate effort-driven scheduling for all future
tasks in a project uncheck the New Tasks are Effort
Driven check box under Tools, Options, Scheduling tab.

To switch existing tasks out of effort-driven
scheduling. Select all tasks, open the Task Info. dialog
box and uncheck the effort driven scheduling checkbox
under the Advanced tab.

Good Luck!

Is there a was to disable the default of "effort driven"
in Project 2002? It continues to apply even when the box
for it is unchecked.
