Disabling Microsoft Outlook 2000 Startup

I have been trying to disable the default wizard that
launches with a new instalation of Outlook 2000
Professional. The wizard is named "Outlook 2000 Startup".
It is a wizard for configuring your email account. I need
it to be disabled because I am using the newprof.exe
program with an outlook.prf file that I setup to configure
the accounts and this wizard keeps messing things up.
