Disabling NetMeeting

Is there a way to disable the neetmeeting functionality within MS Office XP?
I am running it in a Citrix environment where the users are fairly
restricted, and as such, whenever they log onto the server, they are prompted
for setup info for NetMeeting.

I tried to unregister the ActiveX component under the tools menu, but this
was unsuccessful. Also, I was dismayed to find that NetMeeting is not
included on the Add/Remove prgrams menu.
