Disabling pop up menu of VCD...

Hi,
There is a section in Visio Control Document, in the bottom where the page
names are,if right click with the mouse a pop up menu of "Insert page/Delete
page/Rename page/Reorder Pages" shows up.

Is there anyway how to disable that ????
