Disabling project workspace provisioning

Hi

Can anyone tell me if there is a way of stopping Project Professional 2007
from 'offering' to generate a project workspace for a project. We use
SharePoint separately from Project Server to manage project information but
users inevitably end up generating unnecessary/confusing project sites due to
the fact that they are prompted to do so when publishing projects.

If anyone is interested, the answer is to deny users 'Manage Windows
SharePoint Services' rights in project server.
