Disabling shift key bypass.

You cannot disable the Shift Key completely. Just like
you want to have a lock that cannot be opened by all
locksmiths. There will some locksmiths that can open /
bypass it.

Use Access user-level Security and compile your database
to an mde file.

Ok. I finally realized that I could use the Access user-level Security. Im
having one problem. I finish using the wizard and then close and reopen
access. When I try to open the file it says I dont have permission so I
have to go back to the backup to acces it again. What is going on?

You don't mention the version, but I'll assume 2000 or 2002. The wizard
created a desktop shortcut to open the secure database with. You are
attempting to open the database using the default system.mdw, rather than
the secure workgroup.
