Disabling shortcut menu in a report

is there any way to disable the shortcut menu that appears in a report when
the mouse right click button is pressed as there is not a Shortcut menu
option in the properties list as in a form properties list?

There is a shortcut menu bar option for reports. So you could create a
shortcut menu bar with no items. When the user right-clicks they will get a
small square on the screen.

If you wanted you could add a custom item with no associated and give the
custom item a name like "No Actions Available".
