Disabling Spellcheck in Runtime version

M

Mark Checkley

I have a database created in the full version of Access
2000 and the data is so specific that it is necessary to
turn off spell check (easy to do in my full version).
Friends of mine would also like to use the data but using
the Runtime version of Access 2000. I can't figure a way
to disable spellcheck in this version and so it's
correcting "mistakes" and messing up my data. Is there a
way round this other than encouraging my friends to buy a
full version of office?

Text boxes and combo boxes have an AllowAutoCorrect property that you can
set.
