disabling the "design this form" feature to particular userroles

hai,
I am trying to use the infopath form for filling up the details.But at
fillout mode any body can open the design mode of the form by using "design
this form" feature present on the toolbar.If i enable the checkbox "Enable
for protection" present on the "general" tab of the "form options" on the
toolbar ,this feature disables the "design this form" control for all the
userroles.Can i prevent this feature to particular userroles only?

No, you cannot control form designing at that level of detail. You should
consider using file permissions in either SharePoint or Windows to determine
who can modify the template.
