Disabling the File... Send to Selection

I need to disable the Send To menu selection on the File menu. I have tried
using the Office Resource kit and disabling the send to menus item in the
Disable items in user interface > Predefined>send to. But it has no affect.

You can remove it from the menu system but a knowledgable user can add it
right back in again. The menu is just another toolbar. Right click in the
toolbar area and select "customize." Click "File" in the menu itself,
select "Send To..." and drag the desired items out of the menu box that
opens. That removes it when that particular project file is open. To make
it the menu bar universally, now use the organizer on the tools menu to
overwrite the "Menu Bar" toolbar in the Global file with the custom menu bar
you just created.
