Disabling the Mouse Wheel

Is there a way to disable the mouse wheel when I have a
form open? Problem is when a form is open and you are
entering data- if you accidentally hit the mouse wheel on
your mouse, you go to a different record and may not
realize it while entering the rest of the data. I would
like to stay on that record until I am done entering data.
Any help would be great.
