Don't use your real signature...because you cannot protect images at all.

Thank you Eleanor. I am tired of people answering that question with fuzzy
responses about watermarks or low resolution graphics when it all boils down
to "It can't be stopped."

I love a straight answer.

My logic may be fuzzy, but not my response to this question! 8)

That is what I posted and let them learn why it can't be done. Did you read
the links below?

http://www.digitalmidget.com/help/noclick/index.php

Harsh Reality
Despite what anybody tells you - it is IMPOSSIBLE to stop people viewing
your code or copying your pictures

To save you looking any further - it can't be done. But if you want to know
the reasons why, and you want to try 'something' to make it just a little
more difficult for people to steal your stuff, please read further on this
site

And by the way, don't bother telling me that there are a number of other
ways to defeat the scripts and tricks here - I already know that. Don't
bother telling me that browser X allows you to view sources without
trouble - I already know that. The whole point of this web site is to
reinforce the idea that you can't stop it, so you might as well get used to
the idea

http://www.jamesshuggins.com/h/web1/how_do_i_stop_downloading.htm

1.. By the time the user sees your page, all the HTML and all the graphics
have already been downloaded and stored on their machine.

Of course the greatest protection of all is simple; don't put it on the
Internet!

Yes, this subject is a sore spot with many of us. We know it can't be done.

But, I think it's time we remember that people come to this newsgroup
looking for help and advice. They don't know that this topic is a sore spot
and that's it's been addressed countless times.

I think they should be treated with a little more courtesy, respect and
professionalism, especially by the MVPs.

I think we need to stop being so short, sarcastic, etc. Don't run these
people off. Post links, explain why it won't work, but don't treat the
posters like idiots, because they're not. Don't be so disdainful.

Just my 2 cents.
