Disabling the send/recieve animation in Outlook 2007

Hi,
Is there a way to disable the animation that occurs in my taskbar when
Outlook checks for messages? I still want the icon there so I can minimize
it without having it take up space on my task bar.

Only if one of the right click options turns it off.
