Disabling the update prompt with OCT

I have been looking in the package that i created with the customization
tools a way to disable the office update prompt that show up after user's
launch their outlook for the first time without any luck, is there any way to
disable that so the user won't get prompt to do this after the SMS push.

Sorry didn't mention that this is for for Office 2007 Enterprise version

Use a GPO for this instead.
