I am looking for a way to disable the use of stationary for our company
email. We have Exchange 2003 installed on Server 2003, all clients are using
Outlook 2003.
I read an article about downloading the Office 2003 resource kit, that it
contains templates that I can add to my group policy manager.
I have done this already. I applied the Outlook 2003 template to the policy
manager and disabled the use of stationary fonts, this is the only reference
I have seen to stationary.
I go to my pc and open Outlook and I am still able to apply a stationary to
my email. Am I missing something? What else do I need to do in order to
prevent users from applying stationary to their email?
Thank you in advance!
