Disappearance of customize toolbars in Onenote

Story of Events
In Onenote I personalized and I created new bars of tools.
Open and closed Onenote some times.
After this my personalized bars to disappear and Onenote alone shows the
bars that backwards for defect.

How to solve

Word Have a option to save in normal.dot. In Onenote it does not exist.
Where file is kept the customizations to be able to be restored in case of …
crash ?!
How to prevent this situation?
