Disappearing appointments

I have 2 users running Outlook 2003 (sp1) connecting to an Exchange 2003 (no
sp) server. One is a manager, another is his delegate. The manager has a
blackberry (BES Server only). [OS is windows 2k sp4]

On occasion appointments will disappear from the manager's PC Outlook
client, BUT remain on the delegate's and blackberry calendar.

I have tried every related KB article I could find, kb899704, kb890436,
kb228937, kb192491, kb222517 nothing seems to resolve the issue.

This issue also occurs with my Outlook 98 and Outlook 2000 users. [OS is
windows 2k sp4]

Unless there is an article I missed, any suggestions on what I can do to
resolve this?
