I have recently ome across an issue where I send an Excel spreadsheet as an
attachment to a co-worker. He opens the email, then the attachment. When he
closes the attachment, the attachment disappears from the message. If I go
to File>Save Attachment, the attachment is there to be saved. Any ideas??
We've never had this issue before and it doesn't seem to be happening with
any other users.
