disappearing back color in form text box

When working on forms in Access 2002, and then opening the forms in Access 2003, I lose the back color of my text boxes. I try to change the color or reapply it to no avail. Although all settings appear correct in Access 2003...it doesn't display the color. I reopen it in Access 2002...no problem, colors appear fine. Anyone know what may be happening and a way to fix it? Thanks.

Are you using both versions of access on the same
machine? If you're using different machines all I can
think is that perhaps the display color setting is too low
to display the color you've selected?

ControlPanel > Display > Settings > Color
