Disappearing Contacts

I have a user who has created about 20 contacts in Outlook
XP. When we go into Contacts, they are all there. But
when she creates an email and wants to select from her
Contacts, not all of the contacts show up when she chooses
TO: and then selects Contacts.

Very Strange, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

We can't tell you anything with what little you've posted.
Which Contacts fail to show up?
You do realize that only Contacts with valid, resolved electronic addresses
should appear, right?

Russ,

She has created about 20 of her own contacts into the
contact folder on her client. We are not speaking about
global contacts, but local ones. I have seen all 20of
them in her contacts folder, but when she starts a new
email message, she only sees about 12 of them. From what
I saw, they all had valid email addresses.

Thanks,
Joseph
