Disappearing content in recurring meetings

O

outlook user

I'm using Outlook 2003 and have weird problems with recurring meetings. I
book a recurring meeting for one year and invite the resource and attendees.
Later I update one occurence and enter agenda information and send out the
update. I might do this several times up to a week before a meeting. Now my
calendar loses the agenda information but the attendees and the resource have
the updated information.

Any ideas?

Has anyone else in the invitee list sent an update or something and you
perhaps deleted it? Deleting it removes it from your calendar. But if you
are losing the agenda info, not sure. Are you copying it from the original
and pasting it into your updates?

Do you also have a Blackberry using BES?

I see you have another post with Calendaring/Meeting questions. Maybe these
