Disappearing Drawing Boxes

Thanks for the assistance Doug and Sara.

It appears the problem is not one pertaining to mailmerge
functions. I spoke with a programmer of the third party
software and he informed me that it was not intended to
allow drawing boxes in the exported form. I appreciate
your time and input.
