Disappearing Drop down Calendar

Hi Guys,
I,m a newbie to this forum and need your help please!
everytime I try to access the drop down caledar function ( start tim
)in Appointments it disappears as soon as my mouse hovers over it,I ca
change the dates manually in the date window itself but even if
"detect & repair" or reinstall I cannot fix the drop down calenda
problem?

Can anyone help?
is it a Mouse or pop up problem?
