Disappearing Dynamic Connectors

I am trying to connect two positions in an organizational
chart using dynamic connectors. Sometimes for a
particular combination of positions the connector
disappears upon completing the connection with the second
position. Any thoughts?

I am having the same issue. Does anyone have a fix or
idea for this? The dynamic connector disappears most of
the time after I adjust the shape/connection points. If
I undo the change to get the connector back, it sometimes
will let me make the change the second time.
