I recently upgraded to Outlook 2007, but still using Windows XP.
My wife perioically CCs or sends e-mail to herself from her laptop, however
those e-mail messages have stopped arriving in the Inbox.
She has no other problems sending or receiving, only those messages that
include the same e-mail address she is sending from get "lost."
If we use Outlook Express, everything works just fine. I have even checked
with my Internet provider and the e-mails messages are being received at the
mail server an he can see when they leave. Something unique to 2007 is
deleting or preveting us from seeing the messages.
We have checked deleted items, junk mail and rules to see if we could find
them..no luck.
Anybody ever seen this or have any ideas? It just started about two weeks,
about the time of the 2007 upgrade, but I am not 100% sure they were
coincident. I do know that it had been working fine.
