A couple of the users here use their task lists extensively for
everything. One is using Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2003. He was going
into an older task to print it off and nothing is there, it's
completely, blank. he's had this happen a few times. Two other users
have the option to update his tasks (which is something we need for
project planning etc.) One user is using Outlook 2003 (and is the
other user whose tasks are also disappearing) the other is using
Outlook 2007 (we haven't rolled it out and are just testing the
product) Is there anyway track his tasks to see if someone is editing
them or who the last person was that accessed the task or times when
his mailbox was accessed? Could it be some form of corruption on the
database? (Both users are on the same mail store for the Tech Dept.
Would upgrading the third user make any difference?
Any information or suggestions would be appreciated.
Cheers
