Disappearing Folders

O

Otyokwa

I have 2 different accounts going into my outlook. In each account my
inboxes have different subfolders. For some reason these have disappeared.
There is still a + and - sign in front of inbox but when I try to expand it
nothing appears. One of the accounts is an online account and when I go
online, the subfolders are still there? How can I view these folders once
again?
Thanks for your help...

I have office 2007. One is a pop account and the other is an imap. when I
press control 6 the + turns to a - but none of the folders appear. If I
right click on the imap account inbox and go to imap folders to do a search
the folder shows up saying I can subscribe/unsubscribe but then they do not
show up regardless. I do not have that option with the pop account.

Have similar issue. To fix an Excel problem, I uninstalled Office Suite XP,
then reinstalled it. The Excel problem was fixed but now Outlook 2002 shows
only the Inbox. All other folders are there but trying to access them results
only in the message: "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could
not access the specified folder location. Items could not be found.
Subsequent operations also do not result in displayable elements of the
folders except the Inbox.

If I right click on a message I am able to move them to one of the subfolders
however. I just can't get to them after I move them!

If I go to "go" and then folders ( or press ctro y) I can then get to the
folders. If I open one folder then they all appear in the navigation pane.
However, if I minimize outlook, the next time I want to maximize, the folders
will again disappear from the navigation pane.
thanks
