disappearing frames

I have created a website with a header banner and a left
column contents section for navigation, and a main page
bit that contains the main substance.

This format then remained the same even though the main
substance page changes.

However I made a few amendments last night and for some
reason when I click on a link in the left contents /
navigation frame the main page appears with the banner
header or left contents / navigation section.

I added a 'last updated' statement to the banner and
a 'latest results' link to the contents/navigation frame.

This has happened before and then sorted itself out. Am I
changing something that defines the structure of the
frames?

Thanks for your.

Where would I check? Is it the actual html in the HTML
tab or the Frame Page HTML?

I am unable to look in frame properties as it is greyed
out.

In your pages in hyperlinks (right click for hyperlink properties), or look in html view for target=
In your frameset properties, or in the head section of pages look for base ref tags

I have looked in the hyperlinks and there are three
targets. 3 in the header of my default page and ne each
in contents, banner and home page.

If I preview the site in frontpage or by windows explorer
off line everything works fine. Could it be my host
provider?
Cheers,
Paul.
