Sounds like you have a problem with your Blackberry software. Is the
Blackberry synching with Outlook or is it talking directly to the Exchange
mailbox?

thanks Brian. Our connects directly to Exchange, rather than using the
BlackBerry Desktop Software for Synching.

I'd investigate this from the Blackberry side. Do some testing to see if,
in fact, the Blackberry synching is the source of the issue. You might want
to bring this up in a Blackberry forum.

thanks Brian. Will pass this onto my IT guys who have been trying to get to
the bottom of this for 18months! we are in touch with RIM at the moment to
see if they can work out what's happening.

Hi Diane. Outlook 2007. They just vanish into thin air! The only calendar
they dont show up in is the host - it stays in all the invitee calendars.
just checked out the By Category view and the missing ones are not showing up
there either.

Version of Outlook? Are they deleted or just not visible in the
Day/Week/Month view? Can you see them in the By Category view?
