Disappearing Min/Max/Close Buttons

I inherited an Access database project from another person and for some
reason, the min, max and close buttons on the tables come and go. Sometimes
I'll open a table in datasheet view and all three buttons are there; the next
time I open it, only the maximize button is there. It's irritating because
to close the table, I have to use the menu. Pretty lazy, huh? Does anybody
have a fix for this?

Normally, you cannot hide the Min, Max/Restore or Close buttons of the
DatasheetView of a Tables.

Are you sure it is the DatasheetView of the Table or a Form in
DatasheetView?
