When I'm on the 'Net, my Office 2000 tool bar keeps getting sometimes
covered over by the Website screen that I'm on. This is a seemingly
random event; I can recover by minimizing the current screen,
right-clicking the left side of the tool bar, and click Customize and
OK,
as it was ALREADY CHECKED when I clicked OK. After maximizing the
Website screen, the tool bar stays "Always On Top" for awhile, and then
it does it again; sometimes takes a few minutes, sometimes a few hours.
I'm using Windows 98 SE and Netscape 4.79 (even though it also does it
(again at
random) when I'm "forced" to use IE 6 for viewing certain Websites).
Does anyone have an idea how to fix the problem, so the tool bar truly,
ALWAYS, "Stays On Top"?
