Disappearing Outlook 2003 Shortcuts

In Outlook 2003, shortcuts that I create in the Navigation pane disappear the
next time I reboot and restart Outlook. Requires a reboot to happen. It's
like "Groundhog Day."

Hi,

I'm having this problem too but not quite as bad as you, my customer is
reporting this error every couple of weeks or so. I think it's come
about from the release of office SP1 but I cant be sure, i've been to
many sites about it and nobody seems to know the solution.

As a follow up could you tell me if you are just connecting via POP to
collect your mail or whether you are using Exchange Server and which
version, i'm thinking of updating the service pack on exchange server
but dont want too if this is not going to fix the issue.

I personally think its either SP1 or an update since service pack 1.
the reason i say this is that some of the updates im seeing say
november kind of time, which would be when the issues roughly started,
unfortuantly i cant see a way to remove the updates.

WMILES -
POP mail.
I haven't tried this again - basically gave up and am using the folders that
show up in Outlook. Let me know if you ever solve it!
Thanks for your post.
