Disappearing sample text

Anyone who knows how to make a disappearing sample text
in a Word template? That is, when clicking on "<type your
name here>" in the following text, the text disappears...

Name: <type your name here>

not sure how to make disappearing text but you could try
one of the following:

Go to Insert, Field and choose Fill-in.

In the Fill-in code window type "Enter your name", click OK

A dialogue box is displayed asking for a name, type one in
and click Ok and you've entered the name at the point
where you inserted the Field.

or

right-clcik the toolbars and choose forms and click on the
Text Form Field button, then click the properties button.
set the default text as "type your name here", click Ok
and bingo
