The "Use Pen As Pointer" is a tool for making really temporary notes,
scribbles, on your notes. You can use this tool to temporarely circle or
call attention to a section or area of your notes. For example if you are
doing a presentation using OneNote, you don't want to start adding scribbles,
highlights and such things to your notes, with this tool one can temporarely
call attention to an area with out changing/adding anything to the document.

that there was an other person with a similar problem and no one was able to
pin point what the problem was.
