disbursing macro

I created a macro, applied it to Normal.dot, and assigned it to a toolbar
button. I need to do the same on 19 other computers. Is there a way to push
this out to other machines automatically?

Put the toolbar in a different template and install the template in the
users' MSWord startup folder
