I have several users who connect to our WIN2K domain via VPN. We run Outlook
2003 on Exchange 2K. The only accounts they are allowed to run in Outlook is
the Exchange account. Outlook is configured to run in cached mode,
send/receive immediately on connecting and to send/receive every 10 minutes
while connected. They authenticate onto the domain then open Outlook.
The automatic send/receive does not happen. The user clicks on send/receive
and the laptop connects, synchronizes the mail, then Outlook disconnects the
user when the send/receive is completed.
I am sure there is a switch that needs to be thrown somewhere, but cannot
find it. The help system and KB had nothing. Any help is greatly appreciated.
