Disconnect update from MS-Project

Hello,

We have Project Server 2003.
Resources update tasks on a daily basis (Actual work + Remaining work).
When a TL accepts the information, I want the information to be saved in
another place (other tables) but not
in the MS-Project.

Is it possible to do it ?
