disconnected mode

I want the ability to fill out a form multiple times while disconnected. In
other words, get the current version of a form from a server while
connected, then have the ability to create multiple forms (i.e. fill out the
form multiple times) while disconnected. Ideally, the multiple forms created
would all reside in a single XML file, but if there must be one XML file/form
I can live with it. I will handle data collection from that point on in code.

My question is, is this possible to do with Infopath? It seems like I need
to get the form template down to the client device, not just the form. to do
this.
