One of the PMs here has a project where there is work showing on the
timesheets for resources but both the Actual Work and Protected Actual
Work for the corresponding tasks in Professional show 0. Last week the
issue did not exist so something must have occurred to cause this. I
can imagine the PM may have been entering work or altering % completes
in Professional rather than using the Update Actuals functionality in
PWA as he is supposed to. Another 'event' that has occurred is that
a master project plan was created for reporting purposes but I can't
see that that is relevant.
Does anyone know why this has occurred and what the solution is to get
the actuals back into Project Professional (bearing in mind the
Protected actuals are also 0).
