discussion board post

1. I was able to create the discussion board but if people try to publish
they can not view, their own post after refreshing. If they do a search they
can find it. the link that comes up is
The link should be http://purair/acty_parts.htm

But is currently being set as: http://purair/purair/acty_parts.htm
2. Also once i do publish the discussion board i need to remove it from
future publishings so it doesn't overwrite current posts?
