Can anybody explain the difference between "Discussion Board" &
"Discussion Web"?
And can anyone provide some links to more info on "Discussion board"?
Below is some info I gleaned from the Microsoft Support page.
Unfortunately, it gave very little more about the subject.

Discussion Boards
Getting the whole team together on a discussion topic has never been
easier! With this tool, you can easily create a newsgroup-style
discussion board and allow your explicitly invited members to add
information to the discussion board. This is not the same feature as
the Discussion Web Wizard. This feature requires SharePoint Team
Services components and the FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions to be
installed on the server.
