Discussion Carriage Return

I had a problem in the discussion forum with no carriage
returns. I implemented the MS fix (328495)which was
replacing BR with PRE in the code.

Now the carriage returns are preserved but the line width
is extended beyond the browser.

Any fix?

Unfortunately no, that's what the PRE tag means
