Discussion form wizard Frontpage 2002

I can start the basic form wizard easily enough, but for the life of me can't
seem to figure out how to start the discussion form wizard that the frontpage
2002 manual speaks of. I want to add a discussion forum to our site, but the
wizard eludes me.

File->New->Web
Choose the template for the Discussion Web. It is best to place the
discussion web in its own subweb.

Be warned that the FrontPage discussion web attracts spammers, and there
is no protection from them once they find the discussion web.
