I am trying to modify the files installed by the
Discussion Forum Wizard to add some radio buttons to each
of the items posted in the forum. I am trying to modify
the _Post file to have the Discussion Form Handler add
the radio buttons to each new post and have it displayed
automatically when the post is viewed.
I have tried to u-include it, tried using hidden pairs
(but I don't know how to change them to actual radio
buttons on the actual post file), tried adding the radio
buttons to the _borders/aftr.htm (footer) included with
each post (which works but when the radio button is
selected and the subform submitted, I cannot figure out
how to add reference to which post the data was submitted
from)
I have searched high and low for detailed descriptions of
the webbot commands and discussion form handler u-
includes, s-????, etc... and just can't seem to find the
right way to do it.
I expect this may be either an easy one, or an impossible
one. Either way, I need to get past it, by either finding
a different way, or scrapping the webbot stuff and
writing my own form handler script, which personally I am
not close to that level yet.
Help!
Thanks.
