The notification email to my hotmail account has a broken link. This is the
second time this has happened. Part of it is the
http://www.microsoft.com/wn3/aspx/notifauth.aspx?url=
I believe is a bad url. It basically does not perform the expected redirect
to the URL attached to it.

The other issue is that this url is partially encoded incorrectly the
actuall url should look like this.
http://www.microsoft.com/office/com...yout&mid=6e99797f-22a5-41bb-b09e-185e2171dbe0
I did not know where to submit this bug so thought I'd do it here.
