Discussion web search function creates invalid links

I used the Discussion Web wizard in FP 2000 to create a
sub-web under our primary web site. Our web server is
running IIS4 and has the current FP server extensions
installed. For the most part, everything works very well,
except when performing a search. I am using the Frontpage
search engine (WAIS) to perform the search. When the
results of the search are displayed, the link associated
with each discussion references the server name (e.g.,
http://myservername/discuss/_discuss/00000001.htm) instead
of the web site URL (e.g.,
http://www.mycompany.com/discuss/_discuss/00000001.htm).
I have researched this and have not been able to determine
what controls this.

Indexing service cotrols the results.

http://myservername/discuss/_discuss/00000001.htm)is a
intranet path.

Try creating the subweb in FrontPage rather than IIS.

Recaluclate Hyperlinks.

Reinstall IIS.
