Disembed Embedded Files?

Please, oh please tell me this is not impossible.

I recorded my daughters play using one-note.

I sure would like to be able to get to that .wmv file separately.

Is this possible?

If not, is it possible to edit it at all in OneNote?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Just right-click on the file and choose "Save as" or drag it to the desktop.
