Disk Cleanup

As a hard drive cleanup strategy, can ALL of the files in
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\Recent be
deleted without causing problems? The number of files in
this directory is growing and I know that I haven't
accessed many of the files in a while.

There should be only shortcuts in that directory, double check before
you flush.
